Victory Brinker (USA) may be small, but she has a big voice!
Victory became the world’s youngest opera singer (female) when she was 7 years 314 days old, after performing professionally at the Pittsburgh Public Theater. 🎵
You might already recognize Victory from her spectacular performances on America’s Got Talent in 2021, where she became the first person ever to receive a Golden Buzzer from all four judges!
The young opera star wowed everyone with her voice and went on to reach the show’s final. 🤩
Ever since she was a toddler, Victory has loved to sing. She learned how to talk from a very early age and started singing at just two years old. 🎶

Victory’s opera-singing journey began when she was six. She was curious about who could sing the highest note in the world, so her mom, Catherine, showed Victory a video of an opera singer.
Amazed by what she was hearing, Victory instantly fell in love with opera. 😍
What is opera?
Opera is a type of classical music invented in Italy in the 1500s. An opera is a bit like a play, but all the words are sung instead of spoken.
Victory has put in a lot of hard work to get this good at opera singing.
Operas are written in lots of different countries, so Victory meets with her singing coach every week to learn new songs and languages. Victory can sing in seven different languages! 🤯
She also dedicates up to one hour each day to practising with her mom.
“I sing in the morning, in the shower, at dinner, at school, and even when I’m falling asleep. My family says I even sing in my sleep!” – Victory Brinker
Victory sings so much that her siblings can sometimes get tired of the non-stop opera. Whenever they need a break, they set up some stuffed animals to act as Victory’s audience instead! 🧸️
However, all the hours of practise have paid off. Victory’s angelic voice has allowed her to perform on many TV shows and she regularly sings the national anthem at sports stadiums in the USA.
Victory even released her very first album last year, The Wonder of Christmas. ❄️
Victory has already achieved so much, but she’s only just getting started. In addition to opera singing and playing the piano, Victory has her sights set on acting too. 💃
Of course, she also plans to break more world records.
“I would like to try to break the record for highest vocal note by a child…or maybe even an adult,” Victory said.
She hopes her record-breaking achievement will inspire more kids to chase their dreams. 😃
