Longest wave surfed by a dog
Abbie Girl is a super adventurous dog who holds the record for surfing the longest wave by a dog!
She rode a huge wave that was 107.2 metres (351 feet 8 inches) long at Ocean Beach in San Diego, California, at the Surf City Surf Dog event, where she beat more than 20 other paw-ticipants. 🌊
And if that’s not incredible enough, Abbie has also happily gone skydiving with her owner Michael! Wow. 🪂
Most dogs in a conga line
14 dancing dogs led by their trainer have strutted their way into the record books as the most dogs in a conga line!
To achieve this record, each dog must keep at least one paw in contact with the dog in front at all times and, once the conga line is formed, they must walk for a total of 5 metres (16 ft 5 in). 😮
It’s definitely no walk in the park…
Longest human tunnel travelled through by a dog on a skateboard
Coda is a small but very brave Cocker Spaniel from Japan who loves going on exciting adventures.
So, in February 2024, on the set of our Italian TV series Lo Show dei Record, Coda made history by breaking an awesome record that matched his daring personality…
He rode a skateboard through a tunnel made by 40 people standing with their legs apart!

Meet Kit Kat, the talented kitty that set the record for most skips by a cat in 1 minute by jumping the rope 9 times!
He’d been training for this moment his whole life…
As his owner and trainer Trish said:
“By 6 months old Kit Kat was jumping rope in front of huge crowds of people at the farm, helping to bust myths that cats can’t be trained.”
Lesson learned – do NOT underestimate cats! 😼
Richest cat
Money can’t buy happiness… but sometimes, it can get you a world record. 😹
Blackie inherited £7 million ($12.5 million) from his owner, making him the world’s wealthiest cat.
That is A LOT of money! 🤑
Well, more specifically, most of this money was given to 3 charities that help cats, with a special request to take care of Blackie for the rest of his life…
And give him the pampered life he deserves. 😌
Most tricks performed by a cat in 1 minute
Another super cool cat is Alexis, who achieved an unbelievable 26 tricks in just 60 seconds!
According to Alexis’s owner, Anika, cats are really smart 🤓:
“We want to show that cats can learn more than just using the cat toilet. Cats are intelligent little creatures who deserve to be treated well.
“They need interaction and some sort of employment to be happy. Training enriches the cat’s life and prevents behaviour problems.”
