Toy company Mattel Inc. Russia has sped into the record books by breaking the record for the Longest Hot Wheels track.
The track stretched a huge 560.30 m (1,838 ft 3.05 in) in length – making the track longer than the height of the empire state building in New York!
The attempt took place at Zaryadye Park in Moscow, Russia.
Mattel, Inc own things such as Barbie, Polly Pocket, Fisher-Price, and of course, Hot Wheels.
During the day of the attempt, many families had gathered to watch the action unfold, as well as local TV channels that wanted to cover the event.
To count as a valid attempt, at least one Hot Wheels car had to make a complete journey from the beginning of the track to the end of the final track, without flipping off or completely stopping.
Over 100 people built the track, and it took from midnight the night before until 09.00 am in the morning.
The track was made up of 1,112 regular straight track pieces, 50 boosters (to give the toy car more speed!) and four turn pieces.
