Meus Prêmios Nick, The Brazilian version of the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards had a blast with Nickelodeon’s fans in Brazil on September 28, 2021.

Kids were invited to vote for their favorite stars across television, movies, music, gaming, social media and other categories for their chance to win the sought-after Kids’ Choice Awards award, the orange zeppy.

This year’s show engaged so many voters that they achieved the record for the most public votes received for a kids’ awards show with an impressive total of 513,183,993 votes.

Adjudicator Camila Borenstain, presented the record title at the live event on September 28 and said:

"I want to congratulate the entire Nickelodeon team for this super achievement! Creating children's entertainment that unites so many children and teenagers is really a talent to be celebrated! The record title was deserved!"

The show featured tons of celebrities, amazing musical performances by Manu Gavassi, Dilsinho and the BFF Girls, awards across twenty-two categories, and, as always, tons and tons of slime.

The show was broadcast on Nickelodeon Brazil, as well as on streaming platform PlutoTV and YouTube.

Show hosts, renowned influencers, Bianca Andrade and Fred, interacted with viewers throughout the event.

"This unprecedented Guinness World record fills our hearts with happiness," commented Tatiana Rodriguez, Brand Head & Senior Vice President of Programming for Nickelodeon Latin America. "A huge thank you to Guinness World Records for this recognition, and to all of our Nickelodeon fans in Brazil who made this record possible. We could not have done it without them!"
