Easter weekend is finally here!
And we honestly couldn’t wait – because who doesn’t love chocolate eggs, bunnies and Easter egg hunts? 🥳
Let’s get you in the holiday mood with five of our all-time favourite Easter-themed world records.
In 2014, Franchesca became known as the world’s fluffiest rabbit!
With a fur that’s 36.5 cm (14.37 in) long, who wouldn’t want to cuddle her? 🥰
Franchesca gets plenty of attention, and some questions that people often ask her owner, Betty, are: “Is there really a rabbit inside?” and “How do you make it so fluffy?”.
Franchesca has had 4 babies that are just as furry and cuddly as her!
Now, that’s one yummy Easter egg!
However, it’s not really the yumminess of the egg that makes it so special as much as its jaw-dropping height of 10.39 m (34 ft 1.05 in).
That’s as tall as two giraffes standing on top of each other. 🦒 🦒
It took 8 days of work for 9 chocolate experts to create the tastiest Easter treat in the world.
And the result?
A Guinness World Records record title and 4,245.5 kg (9,359.7 lbs) of delicious chocolate to celebrate with! 🍫
Have you ever been to an Easter egg hunt? 🥚
The largest one in the world consisted of 501,000 eggs that were searched for by 9,753 kids at the Cypress Gardens Adventure Park in Florida, USA.
How many eggs would you be able to find?
In 2010, a Flemish giant rabbit named Darius was discovered to be the world’s longest rabbit living and made the papers!
The famous bunny is 4 ft 3 in (129 cm) long.

We hope you enjoyed these festive records!
