Sudhakar’s story is proof that even your craziest dreams can come true. 🤩
At 68, Indian car designer Sudhakar Kanyaboyina has turned his childhood dream into a record-breaking reality!
Located in Hyderabad, India, Sudhakar's Sudha Cars Museum, a wonderfully bizarre car museum attracts tourists from all over the world.
It’s super fun and definitely worth a visit!
And if you live too far away, no worries, as we’ll show you all the highlights. 😎
Sudhakar’s collection holds the record title of the world’s largest collection of wacky vehicles in a museum.
“Achieving a record title for having the largest number of wacky cars in a museum is an exhilarating and deeply fulfilling experience,” he told us.
But what is even cooler, is that this isn’t Sudhakar’s first record title… 👀
He also broke the world record for the largest tricycle in the world: an incredible creation that stood at an overall height of 12.67 m (41 ft 7 in).
That’s as tall as a T-Rex! 🦖
Of course, breaking these records was not at all easy, and Sudhakar worked on each and every one of his vehicles from start to finish.
And he’s made almost 60 of them! 🤯
Some of the objects these cars are shaped like are:
One of the fans’ favourites is the "Basketball Car", which holds a special place in Sudhakar’s heart… 🏀
“As a passionate player, this project was particularly special to me,” Sudhakar told us, adding that this model was also extra hard, as each bump of the ball was carefully made and welded one by one.
So how long does it take to create each car?
Up to a year, according to Sudhakar…
Good things take time, so you need to be patient in the pursuit of your dreams. ✨
In Sudhakar’s words: “It requires patience, dedication, and a keen eye, but the satisfaction of seeing the outcome makes it all worthwhile.”
What is your biggest dream? Are you willing to work hard to make it come true?
And in case you’re wondering what Sudhakar’s next car design will be…
He wants to make one shaped like a bridal gown – complete with veil and everything! 👰
“What I love most about my work is the attention to detail on each car,” Sudhakar explained. “I find immense joy in meticulously crafting and perfecting every aspect of my designs, ensuring each vehicle is unique and according to the object we are trying to replicate.”
After all, art is in the details. 🎨
And how many more cars does he plan to create?
Well, he said he wants to achieve a total of 100…
We’re sure he can achieve that and anything else he puts to mind!
Congratulations, Sudhakar, you are Officially Amazing.
