Most pogo stick jumps in 1 minute (Under 16s)

Cooper from USA got his pogo stick 5 years ago as a Christmas present, and he’s been obsessed ever since!

Now, his dedication has paid off as he broke this impressive world record, achieving an unbelievable 190 jumps in just 60 seconds – 20 more than the previous record holder.

Way to go, Cooper!

Most steps walked up backwards by a dog balancing a book on its head in 1 minute

Leonard Lee, also from USA, is no stranger to record breaking.

In December 2023, he claimed the record for most basketball slam dunks in one minute by a dog with a total of 22.

He’s one talented border collie, who can ride a horse, paint pictures, slam dunk a basketball, and even balance books on his head…

While walking backwards up the stairs!

With the help of his owner Teresa Hanula, Leonard broke his second record, the most steps walked up backwards by a dog balancing a book on its head in one minute (okay, it’s a long title – but how fun!), achieving an impressive 18 steps.

WOW!

Fastest 100 metres while spinning 3 hula hoops (female)

Janani .R.S from India is a hula hooping legend.

She smashed this difficult record in just 32.01 seconds – look at her go!

Janani is a proud student of the Chennai Hoopers school, a hula hooping academy that was established in 2018 in Chennai, India, and has now trained more than 500 children – yes, really.

Their top tip is to have a lot of patience, and their biggest dream is to one day compete in the Olympic Games!

Most hops on one foot in one minute

During the school holidays, Zachary from the UK set himself one ambitious goal – to break a world record.

And he did it, with an impressive 126 hops on one foot in just 60 seconds…

He also wants to inspire his younger brother to do something similar. What can we say, sometimes ambition - and record breaking - runs in the family!

Highest platform jump by a guinea pig

This little guinea pig from the USA, named Bob, is also a great hopper.

He jumped on to a platform that was 36 cm (14.17 in) high, breaking this record in no time!
