national-candy-month-header

Hey there, sweet tooth squad! 👋

Did you know that June isn’t just any month… it’s National Candy Month!

I promise this is real, I’m not just making it up because I’d like some sweets. 😝

The annual celebration was founded in 1974 by the National Confectioners Association.

Fun fact – the global confectionery (sweets and chocolates) industry will make around $586,300,000,000 this year, according to Statista! 🫨

Now, let’s make this month as sweet as it can be by indulging in the most sugary Guinness World Records titles…

Sounds too cool to be true, right?

Well, guess what? A Dutch company called Tanis, who manufacture candy-making machines, made this delicious dream a reality.

Their gigantic gummy, weighing 1,728 kg (3,809 lb 9 oz), was 664,615 times bigger than a normal bear sweet! 🧸
