Meet Bonnie, the 5-year-old Spaniel, and Simba, the 3-year-old Border Collie, who have become Internet famous with their impressive array of tricks! 🤩
They are true pawrtners in crime (ha! Get it?), as they live together in Reading, UK, with their beloved owner Olga Jones.
Olga, Bonnie and Simba have been featured in our latest book Guinness World Records 2025 for breaking the following records:
- Fastest time to complete 10 side leapfrog jumps by two dogs (16.78 seconds)
- Most bottles deposited into a recycling bin by a dog in one minute (16)
- Most coins deposited into a bottle by a dog in one minute (13)
- Most clothes hung on a washing line by a dog in one minute (17)

Do you have pets? Do they know any tricks?
Well, after seeing Bonnie and Simba, you might get inspired to teach them new stuff!
Of course, breaking a world record is NOT easy…
And most of the time, it’s way harder for animals. 🐶
In this case, some records were more difficult than others, but the incredible trio had the time of their lives breaking each one of them!
"The most challenging of the 4 records was hanging socks, but it was also the most fun to figure out," Olga explained.
Sometimes, the hardest achievements are also the most fun and rewarding. ❤️
Olga also added a funny comment about her kids 👀: "Besides the record goal, I was rather hoping that by teaching Simba to hang socks nicely and neatly, I might encourage my kids to do the same with their socks and clothes. […] I concluded that dogs are easier to train than kids."
Do you help around the house? 🤪
Bonnie and Simba are super close, but they can also be quite competitive…
"Bonnie is very much like a princess," Olga told us, "but not like a spoiled princess, more like a Princess Leia from Star Wars: capable, fun, but definitely a princess.”
On the other hand, Simba is very playful and energetic and he loves being the centre of attention!
"He [Simba] immediately becomes the lovable centre of any company," Olga explained.
They’re both very different, but their talent shines when they are together. 🤗
They keep breaking records and inspiring the crowds, online and even on several live TV shows!
They also participated in the popular UK show Britain's Got Talent. During their audition, Bonnie amazed the judges by… playing the piano!
So how does Olga come up with tricks to teach Bonnie and Simba?
Well actually, the duo might have more of a say in the process than you think…
"Training tricks is a two-way communication," Olga revealed. "Some of the tricks that we do are suggested by Simba and Bonnie, other tricks I suggest, and we develop them further."

So what are their plans for the future?
Well, the trio is currently working on a few new record attempts, including parkour-related challenges - as both Bonnie and Simba are Parkour champions!
🔎Parkour is a fun sport where you move through obstacles by jumping, climbing, and running, using only your body to get from one place to another as quickly and smoothly as possible.
But that’s not all they’re doing…
They have also created a unique dog music band named ‘Pet Direction’! 🧑🎤
