3. What other information do we collect?
If you are under 13, please don’t send us your information yourself. Instead, you must get your parent or guardian to register an account, sign-up for the newsletter or enter competitions for you. If your parent or guardian does something you have asked them to do for you, or if you are over 13, we will collect your information when:
- You apply to break a record;
- Sign-up for our newsletters;
- Enter any of our competitions;
- Take part in any of our quizzes;
- You or your parent or guardian gives information to us;
- your computer sends us technical information (the bit about the cookies).
The information we may collect is:
- your name and address
- your email address
- your date of birth
- your social media “handle” (e.g. the name you use on TikTok or Instagram)
- your log-in and password information for your GWR account
