Drumroll please…🥁
Meet the world's youngest drummer, Julian Pavone!
He was exactly 4 years and 319 days old when he performed in his 20th concert on 29 March 2009, making him a professional musician and earning him this EPIC record title. 🤩
What’s even more amazing, is that Julian’s career actually started way earlier than that…
Playing the drums while sitting on his father's lap since the age of just 3 months, Julian released his first album Go Baby! by Peacock Records when he was just less than 2 years old, with renowned bassist Ralphe Armstrong.
And that was just the beginning!
Since then, he has:
- appeared on multiple popular TV shows, such as The Oprah Winfrey Show and Good morning America
- performed live at venues such as Hard Rock Café in Cleveland, USA
Julian comes from a musical family – his sister Annalisa is also a great singer, and they have performed together on The Tonight Show. 😮
Not only that, but they've also created a song together, called Secret Love!
Multi-talented Julian not only provided the drums on this song, but he also added his rap lyrics, and is the co-producer.
Do you have any brothers or sisters? If so, what do you like to do for fun?
And if you’re wondering what Julian is up to today, over 14 years after becoming the world’s youngest drummer – well, it’s obvious, isn’t it?
He followed his passion and is a student at the Berklee College of Music. 🎶

Pritish A R, a 13-year-old from Australia, holds the record for the most drumbeats in a minute using drumsticks – 2,370…
That’s almost 40 beats per second. 🥁😎
In fact, Pritish is one of our Young Achievers in the Guinness World Records 2024 book, which is out now!

How cool would it be if Julian and Pritish performed together? 😆
